Lloyd & Steyn Rugby Academy uses this portal to manage academy registrations, athlete programmes, attendance, progress, parent accounts and related administration.

Information we collect

Depending on your role and use of the portal, we may collect information such as your name, email address, contact details, athlete profile information, registration details, training records, attendance, progress results, medical or participation information supplied during registration, and billing records for authorised parent or administrator accounts.

Google Sign-In

When you choose to sign in with Google, Google may provide the portal with basic account information such as your name, email address and profile information needed to authenticate your account. We use this information to identify you, sign you in securely and determine the correct academy role and records you are permitted to access.

We do not use Google account information for advertising, and we do not sell Google user data.

How we use information

• To process and review academy applications.
• To provide secure role-based access for administrators, coaches, parents and athletes.
• To manage training programmes, attendance, progress and coaching records.
• To manage invoices and payments for authorised parent and administrator accounts.
• To maintain academy safety, operational and administrative records.

Storage and security

Portal data is stored using secure cloud services, including Supabase for authentication and database services. Access is restricted by role-based permissions so users can only access information appropriate to their account.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Information is shared only with service providers needed to operate the portal, authorised academy staff, or where required by law. Service providers process information only as needed to provide their services.

Retention and account requests

Records may be retained for legitimate academy administration, financial, safety and record-keeping purposes. You may request correction of inaccurate personal information or ask questions about your information by contacting the academy.

Children and parent/guardian information

Where an athlete is a minor, registration and administrative information may be supplied and managed by a parent or guardian. Parent and athlete access is separated according to the permissions configured in the portal.
