Terms of Service

These terms apply to use of the Lloyd & Steyn Rugby Academy online portal.

Portal access

Access is provided according to an approved role, such as administrator, coach, parent or athlete. Users must use their own authorised account and must not attempt to access records they are not permitted to view.

Registration and approval

Submitting a registration form is an application to join the academy and does not by itself create an active athlete account or confirm acceptance. Applications are subject to academy review and approval.

Training information

Training programmes and coaching information are provided as academy coaching resources. Athletes must follow coach instructions, disclose relevant participation restrictions and stop training when pain, dizziness or unsafe movement occurs.

Account information

Users are responsible for providing accurate information and for protecting access to their Google account or other credentials used to access the portal.

Payments and invoices

Where billing applies, invoices, payment records and agreed academy fees are managed through authorised parent and administrator access. Any separate signed academy agreement remains applicable.

Acceptable use

Users may not misuse the portal, attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with the service, or use another person's account without authorisation.

Availability and changes

The academy may update the portal, training content, administrative features or these terms where reasonably required for operation, security or academy administration.
